The eyes are medium sized, almond shaped and brown or amber in color. The ears are medium sized, pendulous and set high on the head.

The Hungarian Vizsla has a short, dense coat that is smooth and close to the body. The coat color is usually a tone of gold or red.

The Hungarian Vizsla is known for its friendly, affectionate and devoted temperament towards its family. He is a dog who is very attached to his owners and loves spending time with them.
